How the league works

You can never lose by playing in the Quebec Poker Tournament League (QCPTL).

All the QCPTL tournaments are free. The only condition if you want to play in the tournaments organized in any of the QCPTL’s registered venues is to be 18 years old and have a league membership card. You can obtain a free membership card by registering online at www.qcptl.com or in one of our venues.

Optional Gestion Poker Tour’s scoring system compiles the registered members’ (players) points monthly and all the statistics will be available on the League’s website. Every month, the statistics will be reset and will restart at zero on the first of every month. However, a cumulative score, by stage and by season will always be available.

Quebec is divided in multiple regions. Each registered venue will be part of one region and will have to hold a minimum of one daily tournament per week.

The League will propose different tournaments and championships throughout the season:
  • Daily Tournaments
  • Monthly Tournaments
  • District Tournaments
  • Venue Tournaments
  • Mega Tournaments
