The Quebec Poker Tournament League was born from a partnership between the Corporation des Propriétaires de Bars, Brasseries et Tavernes du Québec (CPBBTQ), l’Association des Joueurs de Tournois de Poker du Québec (AJTPQ) and Gestion Poker Tour, leader in the organization of poker events in Quebec.
The LTPQ is a FREE poker tournament league, whose goal is to offer a chance to anyone, aged 18 or more, to enjoy themselves while learning the basics of an activity that, in the future, could bring substantial earnings to those who will develop the necessary aptitudes.
Since participating in tournaments is free of cost, all Quebecers, 18 years old or more, can participate without exception.
The goal of the league is to give out a minimum of $250,000 in prizes, and this, as early as the first year.
To realize this objective, we have to develop a network of establishments, in all of Quebec’s 125 districts and bring together the largest amount of Hold’Em Poker amateurs possible.
To do so, the LTPQ, with Gestion Poker Tour as an intermediary, offers a high quality Internet site, defined as much by its performance than its attractive design.
