CNPTL Tournament Qualification Chart

Details of the 30 différent qualifications:

Provincial Season Tournaments (1 to 9)

*CNPTL Tournament and Championships – Canada Poker Tournament League (10 to 27)

**WPTLeague Championships – World Poker Tournament League (28 to 30) – soon

1. We qualify for the Monthly Tournaments via the Daily Tournaments (10% of the players that are present and the winner of the draw in each venue)
2. We qualify for the District Tournaments via the Monthly Tournaments (10% of the field that day)
3. We qualify for the District Tournaments via the Daily Tournaments (3 best scorers of the month from each venue)
4. We qualify for the Venue Tournaments via the Daily Tournaments (10 best scorers of each Stage in each venue)
5. We qualify for the Regional Tournaments via the District Tournaments (10% of the field that day)
6. We qualify for the Regional Tournaments via the Mega Tournaments (the winner of each Mega Tournament as long as he/she subscribed to the scoring system and that there was at least 75 players registered in the tournament, one extra free pass will be awarded for every 25 players above the 75)
7. We qualify for the Regional Tournaments via the Daily Tournaments (the winner of very first tournament of a newly registered venue will will a seat as long as he/she subscribed to the scoring system. A seat will be given to the second position if there was at least 75 players registered in this first tournament, one extra free pass will be awarded for every 25 players above the 75)
8. We qualify for the Regional Tournaments via the Daily Tournaments (the 25 provincial best cumulative point scorers of each Stage will be qualified in the Regional Tournament where they have accumulated the most points)
9. We qualify for the Regional Tournaments via the Venue Tournaments (the winner of the Venue Tournament for each venue, in each Stage)
10. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Stage Championship via the Regional Tournaments (the winner of each Regional Tournament, so 5% of the field that day – Stage I and II for the first Championship and Stage III and IV for the second Championship)
11. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Stage Championship via the Daily Tournaments (the best provincial cumulative point scorers of each Stage - Stage I and II for the first Championship and Stage III and IV for the second Championship)

16. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championship via the Daily Tournaments (The 5 best cumulative point scorers of the season in the Canada Poker Tournament League)
17. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championship via the Daily Tournaments (The 5 players who will have played the most tournaments during the last season in the Canada Poker Tournament League)
18. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championship via the Daily Tournaments (1 draw will be held at the end of the season between all members who will have played a minimum of 100 tournaments during the last season in the Canada Poker Tournament League)
19. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championship via the Daily Tournaments (1 draw will be held at the end of the season between all members who will have played a minimum of 1 tournament during the last season in the Canada Poker Tournament League)
20. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championship via the Daily Tournaments (1 draw will be held at the end of the season - no minimum number of tournaments required, between all members of the Canada Poker Tournament League)

22. We qualify for the CNPTL Canadian Championshipvia the different promotions of the league and their Sponsors.
23. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship – 2 players per province via the CNPTL Canadian Stage Championship (the best player « last longer » of each province in each of the 2 CNPTL Canadian Stage Championships combined to the player of qualification #24 below)
24. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship – 1 player per province via the Daily Tournaments (the best cumulative annual point scorer of each province combined to the 2 players of qualification #23 above)
25. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship – 3 Celebrities via the Celebrity Tournaments (the 3 best players of each Celebrity Tournament will team-up)
26. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship by being the Champion Team of the last CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship.
27. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship via the different promotions of the league and their Sponsors.
28. We qualify for the CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship – World Poker Tournament League by being the Champion Team of the last CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship.
29. We qualify for the WPTLeague World Championship via the Daily Tournaments (best cumulative point scorers of the season in the Canada Poker Tournament League)
30. We qualify for the WPTLeague World Championship by being the Champion of the last CNPTL Canadian Championship.

Where to play and when?

• The Daily Tournaments will take place at least once a week in each registered venue.
• The Monthly Tournaments will take place between the 1st and 7th of the month in each registered venue.
• The District Tournaments will take place between the 8th and 14th day of the month in one of a registered venue in each district.
• The Venue Tournaments will take place between the 15th and 21st day of the month only once every 3 months in each registered venue.
• The Regional Tournaments will take place between the 22th and 28th day of the month only once every 3 months in one of a registered venue in each region.
• The Celebrity Tournaments will take place twice a year during the CNPTL Canadian Stage Championship in a participating Casino.
• The CNPTL Canadian Stage Championship will take place twice a year in a participating Casino.
• The CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship will take place once a year in a participating Casino.
• The CNPTL Canadian Championship will take place once a year in a participating Casino.
• The CNPTL Team Heads-up Championship – World Poker Tournament League will take place once a year in a participating Casino. (soon)
• The WPTLeague World Championship will take place once a year in a participating Casino. (soon)

            Note: The league’s season starts on the 1st of October and ends on September 30th of the following year.
